Application:
Seadled belt edges is very imprtant for many areas of the food industry.
The sealing prevents oil, grease,moisture and bacteria from penetrating the conveyor belt from the sides,or pieces of fluff from the tension member sticking out and entering the food.
It is very often to make edge sealing by processing belt ply splitting - edge welding - cutting extra material in the industry,but it makes things complex.
Holo new edge sealing machine doesn't require application of any other materials. Sealing can be carried out without preparing the belt edge. The sealed belt can in conveying dairy products, in meat processing, in the bakery and confectionery industries.
The advantages:1.Easy to operation: Needn't do any pre-process on the belt edge. Sealing can be carried out the belt edge directly.
2.Automatic operation: When start sealing, all the process of heating ,dwell and cooling is automatic.
3.Fast cooling: With air cooling system, can make quick cooling in 150-200 seconds.
4.Needn't any extra material on edage sealing, the color of edge after sealing is totally same as the belt.
